My suggestion would be a noid light on the fuel injectors to verify they are being called to squirt. Are you getting spark during these issues?

Time to tie a fuel gauge to the wiper for a while until the pressure can be figured out. Could be a volume delivery issue after the pump gets hot.

Doing my best to figure solve this issue . I just read a post about ECU " re-learn ". Is this something to give a try or would having the battery disconnected during cable replacement be the same ?
I am having same problem i think. 96 850 glt non turbo. I was misfiring on all cyclinders, found ground wire connected to battery but disconnected from something else, fixed ground and no more misfire. Runs good but sometimes on hot start she will sputter and eventually even out.
Thinking was ect and thermostat, sensor is off making her run hot. The heat could be messing something else up. First time posting, you guys have helped me out a lot so thank you. Still trying to solve this on my 850.

Okay , now its time to get a list of parts that are effected by heat during hot start . Meaning things that adjust due to temperature on hot restart , like fuel pump , ECT . I've changed fuel pump ,ECT , antenna ring , jumped fuel relay . Same result on hot start. No start . I have a cam and timing sensor from a salvage yard run a while back . Hoping to avoid a ECU replacement .

Okay guys, been tending to " wife honey do's " to keep the peace . Time to get this resolved . I'll test my cam and timing sensor. I'm using a Actron cp7665 meter . Can anyone let me know the settings to do the test and what my readings should be ?
