Chad, if I could thank you again, I would! I just did this today & my results paralleled yours. This exact setup is how I did my test today. I am now thoroughly convinced that the updated banjo bolt does make a significant difference in valve cover PSI buildup. This is really important!
I took a before and after video of a digital manometer & will try to post it. My reading approximations, measured at oil filler, are below:
Old Banjo:
- Engine hot, idle @ 69.2*F ambient ~ -0.089 psi
- Engine hot, 2k rpms in 2nd gear 0mph ~ +0.085-0.1__ psi
- Engine hot, idle @ 70*F ambient ~ -0.037 psi
- Engine hot, 2k rpms in 2nd gear 0mph ~ +0.039-0.047 psi

Reading vacuum at oil filler may be not very accurate because of moving camshaft lobe that creates a lot of disturbance. See in video how the gloves is soaked in, but the central part is raising under the boost. It is moved by the air pressure waves.
I also drilled a wider hole in PTC valve to have a better vacuum under the boost.
