I just bought back my 97' 850 GLT with close to 265k. It still looks and runs very nice, the PO took good care of it from what I can tell.
I've owned this car from 2002 (42k) until 2013, which is when I sold it to another Volvo enthusiast with 238k.
Right now I'm replacing all the coolant hoses with reservoir (they were all original) and then I'll do a flush. I'm also replacing some vacuum lines and the altitude sensor. A major detail job is next.

Not sure how long I'll keep it, but 300k is the goal :D
98' S70, base, 5-speed manual, pewter/ tan, 145k miles
99' S70, base, 5-speed manual, nautic blue/ tan, 225k miles, currently inop
06' V70, auto, willow green/ charcoal, 147k miles
79' Ford Capri S, Euro Spec 2.8 V6, T9 5-speed manual, owned since 1986
58' Porsche Diesel Junior
13' Honda Odyssey
84' Mercedes 300 D, gold/ tan, 420k miles (retirement project :D )
