I just did this by using the DO88 silicone hose kits from Viva.
These two kits covers all turbo cooling lines (4).
One kit is both heater hoses. 51.99, you dremel off the original metal crimp sleeve remove old hose and use hose clamps to attach new silicone hoses to original metal part of the line that goes into the firewall. Use all new o rings and gaskets Volvo part# (3545662).
second kit covers coolant pipe to turbo return line, passenger side small interconnect line. 21.99
They also sell a coolant tank reservoir silicone line kit. I already had the radiator hose kit.
Should be good for awhile.

Did the same thing w/do88 hoses on my T5 - only one I haven't replaced is the L hose to the turbo - waiting to pull all my intake stuff to make a CAI and turn my battery 90 degrees. Looks like a PITA to get to w/o ripping out a lot of stuff. :P :lol:

The do88 hoses look and feel great, though.
