Car jerks at 2000-3000 rpm - Volvo S60 2013

Hi !

I’ve been trying to find out why my car jerks at 2000-3000 rpm. Just recently I’ve changed the MAF sensor, and the car jerks more and I got DSTC service required message + limp mode . I’ve attached the my VIDA reading . But I’m still unsure on what causes the jerking.

Please help
