2018 S60: What is this?

I found this laying on the driver's side, between the left of the front seat and the door. I've looked to see where it might go and have not been successful.

Looks like a bumper of some sort. Top looks like a grommet you pull though/attach into a hole in sheet metal.

Maybe fits onto the driver door?

Barbed hose on it. Squirted for windshield, headlights, or wipers?
