98 v70: sunroof front drain Destination Topic is solved

I am going to service the entire sunroof soon. Drains, sunroof, seal. Might even buy the shag carpet necessary to replace the existing sagging powdered glue liner. I need to know where the 2 front drain tube empty out at. I already know where the rear ones go; behind the rear wheel wells.

I replied in your other thread but here it is again:

They run down the 'A'-pillars then come out behind the inner and out fenders under the car behind the front wheel fender liners.

You could open the sunroof and poor some water down the 2 front drains and see where they come out as well.

Do you mean the two that drain at the back of the engine bay?

I believe that is what he meant. The 2 below the windscreen washer space that leak out down the pipes at the front of the cover.

Sorry have not checked in a few days. Yes there are four drain tubes for the windshield wiper cowls. Two on top of the plastic cover and then two underneath. They are zip tied together as you follow them down into engine bay.
