Suspension noise

My '02 V70 has some suspension noises when going over bumps. It sounds like it is coming from both front and back. What are the most commonly replaced suspension parts on these cars? I have read some guys replace the a arm bushings and sway bar end links and this seems to fix it. What is the consensus out there?

Yes that covered it. Also both rear shocks blown out. I guess Ford forgot "Quality Job One" when they invaded meatball land.
