Everything is about volvo s60 2.0T 2001 with liquid gasoline petrol (it occurs even with lpg turned off completely)
Getting headache is nothing comparing to what I am facing for last 2 years with my car.
So basically what is the problem?
When temperature goes under 6 degree, my car stalls for aprox. 20 seconds with electricity, link below.
Also, right after start, car have to warmup a little to stop having a stroke with acceleration, I mean, its like losing fuel for a half of a second and running and so on. (for aprox.1-2 minutes after start, 30 seconds when day is not cold).
What i've done?
Sparkplugs
MAF cleaning
ETM cleaning - it was regenerated 2 years ago
Spraying contact cleaner all around electricity under the hood.
Changed fuelpump relay (It gets warm, and I can hear and feel it clicking)
Checked PCV system (glove test went perfect)
Took out ECM and CEM for contact cleaning (was perfect aswell) (for a moment, after spraying CEM, problem with signal on pump was too high for a couple of time)
Couldn't find leak in intake.
Basically car have power and cranks normally, I cant compare to other 2.0T, but it accelerates normally, problem is always when there is cold temperature outside.
I have vida, and codes I have are :
ECM-2400 - Fuel pump signal too low
CEM-3A01 Fuel pump signal missing - pemanent fault
ECM - 130A faultyflow (11kg/h on idle)
ECM 91CF - Brake pedal position - faulty signal (it makes my cruise control not working everytime, sometimes cruise works for 600 km, sometimes 1 meter, also I saw that when cruise go off because of this fault, when I press brake pedal, acceleration wont work).
When there is hot temperature outside, there are no problems at all, also when car hits at least 35 degrees, even in winter. Also car drinks a little bit of coolant and oil, but it has turbo etc, so I think its pretty normal.
Please help me, provide me some tips or something, fuel pressure sensor doesnt exist in 2001 volvo's
Also forgot to mention, 130A nad 91CF are with me since beggining(2years+), as well as cold starts, fuelpump codes are very recent, like 5-6 months
