Selling my 99 V70xc

Good morning, unfortunately having to part ways with my 99xc70. She's been good to me but the trans is slipping in reverse and the power steering rack leaks almost as fast as you can pour new fluid in. I just don't have time and space to do the work. The body is in fantastic shape, a couple small dings but no real rust at all. It would be perfect for some to do the work or wanted a project for a v70r clone. I'm in Newburyport MA, if I don't have any real interest by Friday, a local yard will pay my $400 for her just hate to see it go that way for such a clean body.
