Do you mean the resistor unit for your heater fan which controls the speed? Do you have MCC (manual climate control) or ECC (Electronic climate control? The picture in your owners' manual you have shown is for an ECC controller.

Is it the same as the one in the link? If so they are out there. You may have to a bit of searching to find a new or used one.
