Where is my problem coming from... ETM or ECM

Greetings to all readers! I've encountered a slight issue with my 2001 Volvo XC70 2.4T. For over two months, I've been grappling with my throttle body. I acquired two additional throttle bodies - one remanufactured and another from a 250k km-used car. Successfully transferring the software from the original to the other two (all three ETMs now display green on the VIDA software), I've observed nearly identical error codes among them. The behavior of my car remains consistent. Let me elaborate: upon starting, the idle is steady, but there are pronounced explosions that are impossible to ignore on the engine where thé etm IS installed ,The turbo functions well with an audible whistle. However, driving is a dreadful experience due to the configured pops and bangs on the ETM.

Naturally, I've cleared the error codes after each test and have repeated the process several times. I've even disabled the MAF and conducted tests (I replaced it with a new one for the test and visited my supplier thereafter). I'm beginning to question whether the issue lies with the ECM.

I've replaced all five spark plugs, inspected the ignition, cleaned all the sensors, as well as the contactor. Additionally, I've checked the fuses - one of which blew when using the remanufactured ETM. A small query: is it normal for the VIDA software to display certain modules in grey rather than green?

hey ,im come back , i followed the procedure to check the etm , and result replacement of the etm , an ETM repair at xemodex will make it work again ?

did you replace the etm harness, its a common failure .

I'm still not from ETM xemodex, precisely I wonder if having it repaired at home will be a solution for my problem 🫠 or if your not a cheaper solution

What do you mean by harness? I changed the sensor only

the etm plug and wiring, it is the common failure point when disconnected and reconnected, it should be replaced.
Volvo sells the wiring harness with plug. Pull the intake to connect.

look up the code 91a7 , it tells you.

Cause:
Something is blocking the throttle position sensor (an oil film, dust etc. )
Poorly charged battery or corrosion in the connecting cables
The power supply to the throttle unit
Defective throttle unit.
This diagnostic trouble code is generated in combination with other trouble codes.

Trouble code ecm 91F0

Cause:

Wow, I thank you very much, how could I go through this little line, the car has been rebuilt by the former owner I bought them from (broken down because of this etm) a little while ago, do you have any picture of where this faiscaux is located? I will remove the intake this weekend to see more clearly.
Do you know a method to check if the harnesses are functional? Given when your original value?
I could see some diagrams but I can't pinpoint the exact beam? is it this one?

I would just change it.

whilst in there , re-route the crank position sensor wire away from the starter motor.
Thats another known cause of electrical problems.
it requires unbolting the starter so be sure to disconnect the battery.
