I'm a disabled driver. I've just bought a low mileage S70 and need to move the accelerator pedal to the left side. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pedal directly operated a position sensor. That will make moving the pedal much easier.
I went looking to buy a sensor and found that it comes as a unit with the pedal. As the prices vary a bit, I'd like to know if the sensor attached to the pedal is the same across models. If so then I can save around a hundred dollars by choosing the right one. Are there specifications that I could look up?

Thanks @Krons. I seem to have left my parts fiche in my other suit.
The pedals have different part numbers, that's expected. It is not possible as far as I have been able to find so far to buy the potentiometer as a separate part, so I can't get a part number for that. From the images I have seen, some have the connector in the plane of the potentiometer, and some parallel to the axis, so their part numbers will be different.
I'd like to find out if the potentiometers are all, say, 5 kohm with three tracks and a 45 degree arc. Then the ecm won't notice the change.
Has anyone measured one?
