Rusted Frame/ Restoration

HI,I know this is a DIY site, but I've got a 1998 v70 T5 manual that's got rust underneath. It's a bigger job than my local place can weld. There's got to be someone out there who works on this kind of thing. I'm in Massachusetts. Any suggestions to help me save my baby?

I've seen a frame rust repair out of NY advertising on Facebook. They're usually showing full frame vehicles rather than unibody cars, but they may be able to help you.

Put some pictures up so we can see how bad the deed is. I have a Nautic blue body that can donate sheet metal if needed

Plus one with Dr. Abscate, it's a rare beast deserving salvation. Better advice could be given if the areas affected were known.
If all else fails, whole-body transplants have been done, but that is the Hurculean Option.

Welcome to the forum. Since you're in New England, check out the Volvo Vikings New England Facebook group. Ask on there for local, highly skilled, enthusiast welders. Do what it takes to save your rare T5M. Hope to see you at a local meetup (through Volvo Vikiings) with us both in our T5Ms.

When you find a good rust repair shop in New England, post about it here. I could use one for a Volvo with rusted body and maybe frame.
