Volvo C30 T5 Check Engine Problem

I own a 2012 Volvo C30 T5 and 'for some time that I try to solve a problem, it appears on the dashboard CHECK ENGINE but when I connect the ECU to the diagnosis it appears SOFTWARE PROBLEM but it does not specify what, the car turns on and goes regularly, I have changed the downpipe and cat with a 200 cell, and hop asked an electronic to inhibit the lambda sensors but after a while the sp0ia CHECK ENGINE came on, could it be due to a job done badly??

If you changed the downpipe and with a 200 cel cat you need to have it tuned.

I have done it with a Electronic tuner, but maybe not properly
