just picked up an 850 turbo, has some aftermarket wastegate, looks like a cheap one and a pierburg grey tcv, not able to boost past 7 psi, when i hook up a mbc i can boost the stock 9.7-9.8 and higher ( have to really cranked down mbc)...
also the wastegate is fully tightened (doesn't take too much effort to go over arm) and i unhooked the tcv trying to get wastegate pressure and showing 6-6.5 psi on my gauge.
