'87 740 GLE wagon Radio/Tape Deck

Post by ccb222 »

Had non-working radio (original I think-it's a TD-6141) which I resolved, but not sure how. NOW I've made the mistake of trying the tape deck. The tape won't play, but it will fast forward and fast rewind. However, it will NOT EJECT. Without the manual for it, I don't even know which button should make it come out, but not one of the buttons on the panel does the job. All I want to do is GET THE TAPE OUT and I will be happy with the radio. PLEASE give me a "how to"! Thanks for past help, and for this time, too! e-mail is fine to imcbent AT hotmail.com. Thanks again, ccb222

I can't answer your question about which button it is although, in my experience, it has to be next to the opening where the tape goes in.

I have altered your email address in your post. Matthew has pointed out that people put bots into forums like these to find email addresses and then you start receiving lots of spam. It can still be read by users but not by bots.
