Doing standard maintenance on my wifes 2021 XC60 2.0l, I wasn't sure where this post should be, engines are the same and this is what I've found.
It just went over 65k and I changed transmission fluid, oil, oil filter, cabin/air filter and spark plugs.
Went with Denso ZXE24HLR7 plugs, they were OEM and cheap.
These were the plugs I pulled, pictured in order.
Cylinder 3 was not seated all the way from the factory, and it was scorched on the outside. I'm still getting acquainted with the 2.0l engines but I always felt like it had an odd 'gate' about it. slightly shuddery, nothing that caused any faults or issues but a noticeable off balanced feeling.
This more of a public PSA, if you're around 60-70k miles its probably time to get some new plugs in that 2.0l... if not check that all of your plugs are seated, a cheap video scope from amazon will show this issue without pulling the plug.
