AC / ECC issue - Volvo 850r 1996

Hello all this is my first post on here, id appreciate any help I could get thanks.

Issue - AC doesn't work what so ever, fans dont run, compressor doesn't run including in auto through to manual full speed and including all temperature setting aswell as 'location' settings

When? - this happened after I did a smoke test trying to find a vacuum leak on my intake system, I ran the car up after the test and the AC was on full blast, cool air only (again tried every setting but no change) i turned the car off and on a couple times but it stayed the same. I then checked the fuses '5' and '31' (they were fine) and ran the car again and this is where i have had absolutely nothing from then.

The ECC now doesn't have any lights illuminating under the 'rec' and 'ac' button so it seems the whole unit isnt getting any power?

Do anyone have any ideas of what this could be/what could have caused this.
