A simple idea but will save some pennies in the Volvo kitty.
I had a right hand reversing lamp lens fall off/disappear somewhere into the ether and an internet search only came up with a complete light assembly.
I searched around for anything that might get the car back on the road and discovered that a Walls Ice cream container gave me the required slope and bend when a slice was cut out of it.
The right angle lip adjacent to the tailgate is easily formed in a vice and a hot air gun.

These clear lens seem to get loose and fall off on 240/740 Volvos also. IPD used to stock them.
