Bought a v90, first service steps helps PLS!

Post by Lucasszy »

This weekend Im picking up my 98 v90 wagon. What are some of the first services that everyone recommends to this car?

The timing belt was done at 100L, the car now has 147K.

my thoughts were that I would do the following:

1. Full synthetic oil and filter
2. Coolant flush and refill
3. Tranny flush and refill
4. Plugs
5. Wires

What else is there that should be done to a car that I will be using for hauling kids, and occasionally towing my 2300 LB trailer?

I've also posted about my concerns in regards to finding the tow wiring harness.

thanks in advance

You've covered most of it.

Also check and replace, if necessary, vacuum hoses, air filter and fuel filter. Clean fuel injectors.
