Turbocharger - 2001 S40 1.9T

Hi all,

I know the internal seal inside my turbocharger has gone I've seen the mass of oil in the cylinder exhaust pipe pooling. Is it possible for this oil to make its way to the actual cylinders?

The reason I ask is two of my four spark plugs are just dripping will oil.

Also can this seal leak also create performance loss or any other issues.

Lucky for me there is a repair shop in my city just for turbochargers I just don't know the cost.
