Replaced AlternatorNow Electrical Problems

I just replaced my alternator ( not charging)now its ok except now the power door locks don't function, the sun roofdoes not operate, the radiodoes not work and the reading lamps ( ones on the roof panelby the sunroof switch) also does not work. I checked all the fuses they are ok.Any ideas on where to go fromhere. Iappreciate any help.

If, as it should have been, the battery was disconnected whilst you replaced the alternator then you have to re-calibrate some of the parts you are having trouble with.

The UEM may have some effect on the door locks and radio.
