3/4 Gear, 1998, S40-2,0

So, please help whats wrong with gearchange.
My gearbox switches 1,2 and R gears but no 3 and 4 gear.

Problem started after opening the oil housing of the gearbox because of oil leakage.
I reinstalled new oil housing and after it there is no gears.

Have I damaged sth or whats wrong.

So please help someone.
