Occasional ABS light. Brakes work fine, fluid levels are good. What is the most likely cause? Is there anyway to narrower this down? Maybe get rid of the light?

just clean your sensors. They are found just above the hub of each of the wheels. The front ones get a lot of brake dust and road film on them.

Once you clean these you will most likely find the light going off less.

I would not take the bulb out, because eventually ifthe system goes altogether then you might cause a real issue specially if someone else is driving your car and is not aware of the problem.
