2002 V70 XC Windshield

2002 V70 XC Windshield

I just received a quote from the dealer to replace my windshield for $650 (500 parts/150 labor). I received another quote from a small glass shop using PPG glass for $275.

Can anyone tell me if PPG aftermarket windshields would be ok to use in the Volvo? Also, are there any issues with the airbags that an installer should know about?

If anyone can recommend a windshield place in the Long Beach/South Bay area of CA. I would appreciate it.
