2004 V70--R ( Automatic ) Best Mods ?

Hello

I just picked up an 2004 V70--R With 20-K on it, off of e-bay in excellent Condition.
I Was interested in getting some oppions on the Best Mod List for it to increase HP And performance. And What order of Items.

I will clue you in on the first and most important, go under the car and remove the exhaust "hoop" that goes over the driveshaft.
It can get hung up on a speed bump and destroy your driveshaft.($3000)
The bracket has no use, it was for dragging the car down the assembly line and finally there is a TNN for Volvo dealers to remove it.

1st mod after that is mine, the "JRL mod" (you can actually google that)which is remove the center resonator and install a straight pipe.
Not only does the R sound really nice (not loud but throaty) afterwards but it gives more ground clearance and you will never have the rain squeal. (do another search over there for what that is)
