2001 V40 Fuel pump prob?

Wife just came home and said her car is running rough. It's a 2001 V40 with only 128K kms.

I can hear the fuel pump "prime" on start up, as usual. When it's running, I can still hear it, but to a lesser degree. I don't recall the fuel pump being so noisy before.

Does this car have a schrader valve where I can measure fuel pressure? If so, what should it be at idle?

Is the fuel pump accessible from inside the car? (ie, is it easy to change without dropping the tank?)
