S40 oil leak

Hi newbe here and starting off with problems...
We have a S40 1.9diesel and it was using oil found it to be the turbo so I replaced the turbo and all seemed fine until an oil leak appeared on the ground, Now it looks as if it is coming from the top pipe where it connects to the inlet manifold, coming from the intercooler into the inlet manifold its been a month since turbo was replaced and it should have got rid of all the oil in there by now. I was just wondering if anyone has any idea's or if there is anything else that is common with them, I believe they are the renault engine.

Edit: Also the EGR valve? has been welded previously by someone, I have been told this was because it was sticking, would this have any effect on it?

Please give the model year of your car and your location so that we can better help you. Just in general, your PCV system could be clogged causing the leak. Also, I would wonder about the turbo hoses, and the oil return line to the turbo- where there it was hooked up right and regarding the hoses, whether they were cleaned out when the turbo was changed. I'm not an S40 expert, especially diesel (they didn't ship any of those to the U.S., I don't believe) and so I'm hoping that others with more knowledge will also post a reply.
