When the weather is cold the car will turn over but will not start........
What could be the problem? How can I fix it? Please let me know something soon.

PS There is no problem when it is warm outside starting the car only when it is cold.

Have you had the diagnostic system checked for fault codes? In the US Autozone and places like it will check your codes free of charge. If a code is shown post it here for further help. If no code shows post that.

In the absence of a MIL light on the dash, wonder what is the condition of your spark plugs, also sounds as though the fuel mixture may not re rich enough, that could mean the coolant sensor is faulty.

When it does run, how does it run, has good power, fuel mileage normal, does it idle smoothly? How does it start when hot, as soon as the key is turned?

These inline 6's do have quirk though, when it is cool/cold outside and the engine is cold, if one were to start it up to move it, say to get a bike out of the garage, only letting it run for a few seconds then turning it off, this will cause a very difficult next start, even if it is a day later.

I guess you need to supply more information. How many miles on the od?
