Hey fellas, great site...first post. I have a 97 850 T5 wagon I recently converted from VW... I have a rather immediate need for help. I thought that I simply needed to replace the check valve and nozzles for the windshield spray washers...not so. My water is barely dribbling out onto the hood and I am worried that the first storm that comes my way is going to cause some issues.
Has anyone had this issue with their washers? And if so, how simple is it to replace whatever might be wrong? I imagine it't the washer pump, although I can hear it pumping and a little water pisses out...it does not even hit the windshield.
Please help with any advice, I appreciate it.

It's not the check valve/T valve?
This same scenario happened to me with both the windshield squirters and headlight washer squirters, and both times it was the T valve. They get hard water corrosion or stuck springs.
Because your pump is working, I would double check by following the hose back to where you do get flow, then zero in on the culprit.
PS: Assuming it is the valve... I read somewhere that they are available as generic pieces for a fraction of the cost vs. the US$9 or so at the dealer. Try a regular auto parts store... bring your valve in to match sizes.

rereading your post I get the impression you've already replaced the T valve in question. If that's the case, you'll have to trace the problem back, looking for a clogged line or similar.
