Anyone know how much stiffer the "dynamic suspension" is?

I might get that car, but I like to have a firmer suspension...
the package is $750...but I dont need the wheels that comes with the package...I rather buy my own 18" BBS w/ extra $$$ on top of that $750...

also...is there a such thing as a "quiet, performance" exhaust for volvo's?
I am talking about stock looks, little larger piping, etc...

The car is rated at 218hp for the 2.5T model...but I want it around 250hp...
what is the CHEAPEST, SAFEST, CLEANEST, QUIETEST way to do this?

btw...I currently own a Honda Prelude VTEC...so I am used to 8k rpm shifts and what not...
