Anyone know where I can find a service manual? It doesn't seem that Haynes or Chilton or Bentley has one.

You won't find one unless you want to dish out possibly thousands from Volvo. Look instead for the VADIS DVD's often sold on eBay. Make sure you get a code with it that will allow you to use it.
