Need Help Getting Radio from OFF position

Need Help Getting Radio from OFF position

Hi Experts,

I had my battery changed and the radio came on displaying CODE. I finally found the code but the radio is now in off position. Being a smart Volvomistress :wink: I referred to the owner's manual. I followed the directions to put the key in first position, turn the radio on and wait 2 hours. When I went in to set the code it was still in OFF and I have had no luck. Can anyone help?
