2000 Volvo S40 1.9T

I recently had my timing belt replaced. On cold starts, the belt seems to be making a chirping/sqeaky sound. It goes away when the car is warmed up though. Is this anything I should be concerned about? Its been 3 months since I had the belt changed and the belt and it still making the chirping sound. It's not loud but you can clearly hear it on cold starts.
Can a pulley possibly be squeaking and not the belt?
Thanks in advance for any input.

Yes it could...also wondering if they changed your tensioner? They were suppose to. Best you take it back and tell them the sound never went away. I'm not sure if it could kill your belt but why take chances?
