Hi guys,

can I chip a 2000 1.8 V40 auto......the car is fine just not as punchy as the manual....

can any of your recommend any upgrades for this car

Not a lot on this site in terms of upgrades for your car. You might try http://www.s40concepts.net/newforum/ I know a lot of folks over there are doing stuff to their cars that is quite amazing!
