1998 s70 setting up camshafts 2.4l

I need help setting up the cams and sprockets up. When the head was removed the cam sprockets where not match marked with cams. I need help in setting them up. A new head is installed number one cylinder is on mark. I need help in setting up intake and exhaust cams. Where number one cylinder intake and exhaust lobes should be pointing ? Is there any marks on cams? Also how do you time sprockets as they can move a 1/2 inch or so.If anyone knows which way no. 1 lobes are pointing on the intake and exhaust I think I will be able to figure it out that way. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone can post a picture of engine set up on timing marks with upper cover removed , showing cams that would help a lot. Thanks for any help given.
