Oil Filters for B230FT

I have a technical question:

If Volvo oil filters up to 92 have a bypass valve setting of 8-11 psi and oil filters after 92 have a bypass valve setting of 16 psi, will an oil filter with a bypass valve setting of 30 psi be too much pressure.

That is the bypass valve setting on VW 1.6 L Turbo Diesel and 1.8 L Gas Turbo engines.
Any replies will be appreciated.
