I have a 1995 854T with 192K miles on it (US model). Two questions:
1) I'm redoing most of the front end rubber, i.e. spring seats, strut bearings, subframe bushings, engine mounts, transmission mounts. Also replacing the axles due to a torn boot, and figuring they're due for a change anyway. I have recently replaced the control arm/ball joint assemblies. While I'm at it, would it be wise to also replace the front hubs? They're not making any noise, and my budget is pretty well blown, but I could use some advice as to whether it's wise to replace the hubs now as preventive maintenance. Seems like it's a probable "might as well" option while the front end is torn apart.
2) On a related issue, what's the useful life of the premium (yellow) Bilstein struts and shocks? I inherited this car from my father, and he had the Bilsteins put on it about 10 years and probably 100K miles ago. IPD seems to believe these shocks essentially don't wear out, but I could use an unbiased opinion from somebody who doesn't have to settle a potential warranty issue.
If it makes any difference, this car has IPD sway bars and end links, installed about 10K miles ago.
Many thanks!

From a practical point of view the hubs arent hard to get off so if they are all right Id just leave em alone . I had to change both of mine a couple of weeks back . Takes what 30-45 mins a wheel . Should take you less as yours is pretty much all new and well oiled lol .

They're not "premium" just heavy duty (STIFF)
It depends, when the front end is totally rebuilt you will see how they work, if you want to change them now it certainly wouldn't hurt.
100K is a lot (of miles) on a shock even if it is a Bilstein
