help 911 Topic is solved

Stranded in Mayberry RFD and need to get this volvo running right. I bought a 760 turbo 1987 and this is what it does: I drive off speed is ok then as I get down the road the speed reduces to 15 MPH. Sometimes it dies sometimes the turbo kicks back in.

We replaced the fuel filter and spark plugs. We also replaced the resistor. put new gasket on for it was leaking oil everywhere. Put in high octane gas and a can of cleaner in the tank. New oil new air filter. Adjusted the idol as well. Went through all the hoses. No leaks.

There is no volvo place to have it tested. The car idols fine but has problems when I reached 30 mph. Speed is gone gone gone.

Please someone help I am stranded with kids

you have the timing looked at? sounds like it's a problem with revving the engine. put it in park or neutral and rev the engine, what does it sound like and more importantly, does it have trouble getting up to rpm with very little gas?
