Welcome to MVS.
Certainly sounds like it...but don't jump to the conclusion that it's the radiator yet...could just be a loose or bad hose. Try to see exactly where the leak is coming from.

Welcome to the club. My radiator's right hand side tank got a crack monday night for no reason. The water poured from underneath the car! Waiting for my new radiator to arrive now. Luckily the radiator on the S40 is not so expensive so if it is ur radiator try to get the cause of the problem. I think mine was due to a sticky thermostat..

If you are unlucky enough to need a new radiator and do not fell like doing the repair yourself it does not need Volvo dealer facilities to change it. Find a good independent mechanic and get it done for a lot less.
