i have a 98 S70 and im looking for the best and cheapest upgrades i can do without going too wild (a turbo for example)

For N/A cars, the fastest way to more power is relaxing the intake restrictions like this https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums ... f=1&t=8830 and of course doing a "stage 0" tuneup.
