Mobile 1 mileage life in and 850

So I've been changing out the oil and filter in my 855 turbo every 3k miles using Mobile1 synth. on a 160k mile motor. What kind of life should I be expecting out of this oil and filter? THanks

Using Mann, Mahle or Volvo filters?
Then your car can conceivably last forever.
I think 3K miles is over-kill with Mobil-1
I do mine at 5K miles and the internals of my engine are clean as can be at 172K miles on my S70. On the V70 at 80K miles, I'm on the same schedule- same story with it too!
