'93 940 Brake and Rear fogs out

Hello folks -

The brake lights and rear fogs on my 940 are out. The bulbs are good. There is 12v at both fuse locations and the fuses themselves are good. There is 12v at the brake light switch, and the switch seems to be operating normally. When I reconnected the switch and checked again, there is no power to the lamp assemblies in the trunk.

Please help. I read something about the "lamp sensor" somewhere - does this sound like the culprit?
