My 2002 S60 trunk opens by itself

When I get in the car, while in park and put my foot on the brake, I hear a whining noise from the rear of the car and the trunk will usually open after a few seconds. It also happens quite often when I take my foot off the brake while in park.

It also opens sometimes when I am driving. Has this happened to anybody and does anybody know how to fix this.

I heard someone had a similar problem on a BMW and a rear light bulb they flicked with their finger solved the problem.

Help me to diagnose and/or to fix this, so the next time I need to carry a dead body in my trunk, I don't have to keep pulling over and closing the trunk.

Also my rear headrests do not go down.
