Turbo and CEL in 95 850

My turbo has been acting up and I have been getting the CEL. I pulled the codes and it slow response from front oxygen sensor and bad rear knock sensor. i cleared the codes and the turbo started working again. 2 weeks later the CEL comes back on and again the turbo stops working. Cleared the codes and the turbo starts working again. I thought clearing the codes did not fix anything. Would a slow oxygen sensor cause the turbo to act up? should I change the sensor with a generic or a replacement?
