Low Voltage Battery light

I keep getting this indicator light...low voltage battery. I take my car in and all charging systems are good, they charge the battery and can't find anything wrong. Two weeks later i get the same message and this time the battery is completly dead, I get new battery and again 3 weeks later the idicator light is on again. what is causing this problem there has to be something that the mechanic is missing? Please help I can't afford a repair bill every 2 weeks to find out there isn't a problem!

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

Obviously something is draining the battery. Are there any lights staying on when you leave the car overnight e.g. engine compartment, interior or luggage compartment?

Add to what Bill mentioned: glove box. They are notorious for having a bad closure, keeping the light on inside.
