Anyone have download capabilities at independent shop?

I was wondering if anyone works at a indpendent shop that are able to perform software downloads. I work at a shop in SC and am interested in software capabilities. I've worked at dealerships, so i know how it works, just not in the independent world. Thanks

VIDA software access is very expensive- I would say that some very large Euro/Volvo repair shops have it- call around to make sure.
