Volvo Air V70 2.4T 2002

My first post did not work so here goes. I have a V70 2.4T 2002. I have read quite a few links on this site and have some similar issues. The system works and stays charged but after it cycles a few times and the rpm of the engine gets up and going the system kicks off and won't kick back in. The clutch is getting 12V to it but nothing is happening. I am suspecting the clutch pack is weak and breaking down with heat. My intent is to change the clutch assy/discharge the system/vacuum it/recharge as per the specs and see what happens. Any other ideas at this time. Is there an orfice in the system I should look for/at to see if it is plugged? I saw some info on a control module issue, is this a possibility since my wire has 12v on it. Any advise is welcome.

Sorry we didn't get to you on your first post of this problem. Anyway, welcome to MVS.
I'm not sure if this is possible on your model (being a P2- '01 or newer) but you can fix the clutch gap on older V70's and 850's. Anyway, it's worth a look.
