A/C Running After Car Is Turned Off
The AC continues to run on my ’04 S80 after I turn off the car. It has caused the alarm to go off and ultimately the power completely fail. I would appreciate any thoughts.
Does it go off when you shut off the engine, then come back on?
How long does it run?
My '01 has a dehumidify function, the a/c comes back on a short time after the engine is off, but it only runs for a short time. This may be part of what you've got going, but it definitely shouldn't drain your battery down the way you describe.
